In-Home Services

We provide an individualized source of care for our clients in the comfort of their own home as an alternative to a nursing home or other institutionalized care.

To help maintain our members safety we offer a complimentary home safety evaluation as well as an emergency preparedness plan.

Within our In-Home services we provide skilled nursing care, personal care, hourly caregivers, and registered nurse visits, where an initial and monthly assessment is conducted.

We provide care for diseases and conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Amyotrophic Later Sclerosis (ALS), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), etc. We also help you manage complex medical needs in your home by providing ostomy care, wound care, incontinence care, medication reminders and administration, vital sign monitoring, companionship, etc.

Considering the demands of care-giving being exhausting and overwhelming at times, we provide a short-term respite for caregivers to avoid the symptoms of caregiver burnout, and find more balance in their lives, with the added peace of mind that their loved ones are in caring hands.

Although, some of our participants may receive care in their homes, utilizing the innovative concept of virtual services they can still explore experiences outside the walls of their home, without ever physically leaving. This service allows a limitless amount of safe, convenient, and exciting possibilities made available to every participant affiliated with Caring Hands Adult Day Services, no matter where their physical location may be.

Our in-home services are one of three ways we serve caregivers, members, their
